Our History

Miles Tyre and Battery was purchased by Paul, Chris and Nick Campbell in March 2014. The Campbell family owned and operated Goondiwindi Tyre Service, a Dunlop Super Dealer since 2004 and sold it in 2018. During that time the Campbell’s also started, operated and sold the Mungindi Tyre and Battery business.

Paul and Chris Campbell also founded Dalby Tyres, a family owned and operated business. Paul and Chris always pride themselves on treating customers like family and they make sure to provide quality and reliable tyre and wheel services for all trucks and car makes & models.

We pride ourselves on being able to service the agricultural industry with fast, experienced service to keep our customers moving.

2016 – 2017

Miles Tyre & Battery won the 2016-17 QLD Store of the Year, and also the National Dunlop Super Dealer of the year. That makes Miles Tyre & Battery Number 1 of 140 stores across Australia.

Goondiwindi Tyre Service while still under the Campbell’s ownership was named as Queensland Tyre Dealer of the year for the Dunlop Network.

2015 – 2016

Goondiwindi Tyre Service won Retail Customer Services Award for the BRCC in 2015.
